Touch, learn, and connect with the traditions of Kyoto
From Kyoto, a place where countless people and diverse cultures have intertwined and connected over a long history, we will create a new breeze once again.
Concept
Creating the Future of Kyoto from Kyo-machiya
Kyofudo Mayu Shop is housed in a Kyo-machiya (traditional Japanese townhouse) located just down Ogawa Street from Oike. Kyofudo, located in this land rich with a long history and a vibrant cultural heritage, strives to be a hub of connection—bringing together people, ideas, and cultures. From this traditional Kyoto townhouse, where countless people, diverse cultures, and a wealth of information have intertwined over the years, we aim to create a fresh new breeze once again.
